Military Architect in charge?

[To whom it may concern]

Dear Military Test Architect,

If you know something that is unhealthy for us, will you recommend it?
If you know by performing some actions, it will worsen certain conditions, will you implement it as a test criteria?
If you know that the long term treatment of what can be avoided in the first place is paid solely by the victim, will you prevent it?
If you didn't know all these, I hope you do now.

Greats plans are meant for the future, past histories can only be remembered!
(and Reminisce to say how great they are along the way...)

"XXX-XXs" are not healthy for the back!
OMG! OMBG! (In case you don't know what "B" stands for, ask dracula)
