Good Service are GEMS, Bad Service are GERMS?

If you are still nuts about the irritating pink colour stand that is lying across your dining table, cashier counters and even clothes rack, let me enlighten you.
Somehow somewhere sometime someone pitched the idea of rewarding those who provide good service to ENCOURAGE more people to give good service. Sounds good? You bet!
That is the recent initiative that the government is trying to push for. To make us a better country, to reduce the number of complaints from consumers and tourists, to “conceal” those that are not doing up to PAR!!!
They are just cleaning up half the JOB!!!
What do I mean?
Good service = GEMS (Going the Extra Mile for Service)
They only highlight the good, promote the good, then what about the bad, the lousy, the poor performer? They cannot let them eat snake, shake leg and get paid. They should be highlighted as well to give them the opportunity to SHINE!
They should also have something like:
Bad service = GERMS (Grammatically-poor yet Egoistic Refuse-to-bow-down Retarded Service-staff)
(Notice that I have used a stronger colour to highlight the GERM because they deserve more ATTENTION than the GEM)
Hmmm… Have I seen something familiar with the same kind of classification?
TARF club? (The pang pang ju le bu?)
(They already know that this is going to be hurting, but they insist to expose the fatties to attract shame to ENCOURAGE the fatties to change, to train, to slim, maybe go into depression? What were they thinking?)
Truth is always hurting, I understand that point.
But you don’t have to get all solutions to begin with POLICY and LAW.
Do you get a choice if you are fat in school? (So you blame your parents for the BIG BONES that you have given to YOU?)
Are you losing the POWER to influence and educate so you need to resort to “forcing them to CHANGE?”
I would proudly say YES. Sad. Really sad. (I was once a pang pang when young, but luckily, they didn’t have TARF club at that time. I seriously feel for the kids nowadays. I’ll be with you, no matter who you are, what you are, shit you are, you are only human, you deserve your command of life in this world)
When education fails, POLICY and LAW will come in.
Remember chewing gum?

Mobile phones in classes?
