Happy Lunar New Year

Everyone is so into new year.

Just a month ago, we had NEW YEAR. (really new!)
And now, we are going to have LUNAR new year.
And next week, we are going to have RAYA new year.

How time flies, I couldn't even catch it.
I am now waiting to eat reunion dinner, so just took the opportunity to log in and wish everyone a happy chinese new year.
No matter what race you are, you are welcome to celebrate with us.

The more the merrier, especially the HONG BAO, if you know what I am saying. For those who got married, yet still without children, you are in for a BIG TIME LOSS!

A Simple Plan

Ever thought of something to achieve yet still unfinished?

Ever thought of why successful people are so successful?

Ever thought of what you want to be, to gain, to remember?

The only common entity to exist in all three questions is:

A Simple Plan

Plan what you want to achieve, by day, by week, by years, by the age of...

2006 will be a time, that I finally set down, together with my dearling, to plan something big, with a forceful impact, that will completely change our lives.

Doesn't this sound like those online con marketing scheme?
Heheheheh, no worries, I'm not selling anything, just sharing...

Concepts... without any weight on your cash-filled-pocket.

Maybe this might be a prospective introduction plan for all the Financial Advisers out there to leveraged on. As for listening to them, your money might change hands... :p

A simple plan can be set,
- to comb your hair everyday so it will shine better?
- start having your breakfast if you have been skipping for 1/2 of your life?
- climb the stairs instead of taking the lift to tone your muscles? (at the same time, cut FAT?)
- writing a blog entry a day to improve your blog hits? (don't even think about it, don't bother, if you want fame, try Singapore Idol)

Little things you do, can go a long way.
I cannot set a plan for you, for everyone.

You have to do it, only you.

Singaporean's Budget

Till today, I have underestimated Singaporeans' creativity.

They were given a chance to perform,
to show what they can do for the country.

But a primary school kid outshine them,
in a simple yet elegant way.

Budget Terminal!

For those who don't know yet,
that's the name for our Terminal 3 Airport.

I believed the name has been chosen,
after serious considerations by many consultants.

We must thank them for their efforts,
without them, our budget cannot fly...

Of course, I must also thank all those (including myself)
for cracking our creativity to come out with lousy terms
that doesn't even match up to simple words such as budget.

Another trip there and I shall be promoted as the official tour guide for their three main cities, MEL, BNE, SYD. (They are arranged in my order of preference)

I was totally switched off from Singapore, the job, the bugs, the flu and the AIR!

PS: I reckon that everyone should deserve a long vacation break away from their work every year the best, 2 years if you can, 5 years if you can’t.

Long vacation meaning = more than 14 days. 21 is a nice number. *hint*
