Story about Fishermen, Pirates and Fries

You might have heard this story recently...

"
You report a robbery...

You report a snatch thief...

Q: Why don't you report a software piracy?

"
A: You must be crazy?

Let us analyze the situation here.

- If they are not jacking the original prices so high, we will buy them, right?
- Once the profits are high, pirates will see the opportunities to grab a share, right?
- So if the pirates are selling at a fraction of the price, why would people want to pay the full price, right?
- There is always a saying, work smart, get things done with the least effort.
- Subsequently, people who are shopping a lot, shop smart. Buy stuffs with the least dollars spent. Here is a typical scenario:
Usually, they will go around scouting for the cheapest deal.
Step 1: Saw an add selling a product at $199.
Step 2: Seek and survey the best deals in town.
Step 3: Buying the product at 50% - 80% discounts, RIGHT?
E.g. Original Price $199, NOW: $38 (Seems familiar?)
That's a $199 - $39 savings ($160), will you not buy it?
(If your brain is burnt, please visit the nearest hospital to seek treatment immediately and return to read this article again.)

- [I paid attention to my marketing lecturer] When there is a demand, there is a supply, right?
Let's look at it at another perspective, if there is NO supply, how will demand appear? Right?

- Why are the consumers being penalised when the pirates are breaking the law, right?
- Just because they cannot stop the pirates and they are putting the blame on consumers, is that fair to us, NO Right?

MY SUGGESTION TO FISHERMEN:
So what I would suggest is that, they better buckle up and stop picking on us just because they cannot handle the big boy pirates. In this way, are they trying to educate us; if you cannot catch the big fish, settle for the smaller ones?

I totally disagree. What about you?

MY VALUABLE CONCLUSION:

"
Pirates understand us, Companies reaps us
Fishermen cannot overcome the pirates
Instead, they bully small fries like us

Fishermen will always be fishermen,
They spend all the time at sea
Missing out the crucial proverb
Always pick someone your size, not small fries
"

"PATHETIC"

Small Fries: Enjoy your weekend!
Pirates: Way to go!
Fishermen: Kiss your own arse!

Masks - Are you wearing one?

Brushing teeth, washing your face, ironing your clothes, having your breakfast (Oops, not for the common Singaporeans. Next up, we shall talk about breakfast...) are some of the mundane tasks we do.

How about wearing a mask?
Do you wear a mask?
Yes! I can answer that for you.
Why do you need to wear a mask?
Well, it's the same reason why you are wearing pants instead of jeans. To "look" different.

Everyday we are dumped in different situations and our mask will assist us to overcome unnecessary troubles that cross our paths.

When we are unhappy, feeling down, we will show that kind of 20 cents face. However, if we are in the position of a service staff, how would the customers feel? ("What the hell is wrong with this guy? Did I pay so much to see a rotten face?")

Having said that, wearing a mask is not a bad thing after all.
However again, fitting yourself with correct mask is essentially important, you don't want to walk around with people calling you hippy hypo-clap. (You clap because you just want to make the person feel good about you)

When you meet your potiential love partner, you often conceal your faults in the beginning. And as time goes by, you began to reveal the underlying unacceptable, disgusting, unpopular, true face that you have been living with all this while. After removing this long mask of yours, if the love is so deep, understanding will come in play. Of course, efforts must work in tandem as well to rectify the situation. Beyond this, I shall leave it to all the great books in the bookstores to guide you along. If you want to buy one from me, just let me know.
My book title: "Closer than Aquarium".
Expected Publication Date: Still on page 23 only. (Good enough to publish?)

If the love is shallow, your heart will soon be hollow.

Whatever the case, be sure to catch the Mask 2.
Coming Soon....................

- Abrupt ending is to trigger,
your thinking as the driver -

Changed of quotes in MSN

Dear folks,

Nothing to write, something to ponder.

Shifted to old quotes:

"The heart holds answers the brain refuses to see"

New Quote:

"Time moulds your character, Friends shape your future"

Come to think of it, it is quite true. I was walking home last night from the MRT station and this thought just struck me. Viola!

"Ideas are great to have,
Better if you pen it down"

Saving Water??? Killing or Activating the bird?

I was listening to the morning radio about water conservancy.

Due to the dry and hot weather recently, resulted in various bush fires in Singapore and across the regions, water conversvation becomes a huge topic all of a sudden.

The People's DJ were accepting calls and sms from listeners to give advice or show examples how they can save water. Here is one that deserves the applaud:

[Best idea of the year]
SMS #1: Have a bath with your husband together to save water, in the mean time, babies might just be arriving later. In both ways, we are doing what the government wants us to do. Save water and make babies, that's killing a two birds with one stone.

DJs: After reading out the SMS, they go to talk about drivers having the picture of couples bathing in the morning/evening to save water... and the lovingly part. [The music starts to play....]

[After the song] Someone SMS in to correct the first sender about the message and the DJs read out as follows:
SMS #2: By having a shower with your husband together, you don't kill the two birds with one stone. You are actually "AcTiVaTiNg" one bird with two stones.
[The DJs went slient, followed by a retro pop song, ...................... :P ]

- Creativity does not always revolve around clever minds
The bird and stones story shall always be in our mind -
