TG3F - Fish Bee Hoon Soup (thick thick)

As the weather is getting more and more unbearable and unpredictable, human beings are more proned to falling sick due to the drastic change of heaven and earth.

What the hell am I talking about? In simple words, I am falling sick soon, don't know why. Maybe due to the lack of sleep, inconsistent meal times and also the huge variety of hot and spicy food in Singapore.

Hot and Spicy stuffs - to a halt for now!

There is a stall in holland village coffeeshop (opposite the swimming complex) selling XO fish bee hoon. Wah, the amount of either XO or Hua Tiao "Wine" inside the stock is really delicious. By drinking the soup alone, you just cannot stop. With its big big chunky boneless fresh fish meat, now that is unstoppable.

Fish is good in every way and every way safer than all other meat like such (bird flu, pig worms, mad cow)... of course, every fish has its day... We might never know...

For the time being, just enjoy SAKANA to the MAX!

Cheerio

- Soup may not be the best medicine
But definitely helps in your appearance -

Life Choices

I started off pursuing my diploma after 'O's. With that I continued on with my bachelor (that I wanted in a specified industry), having a thought of possessing a high qualification will be an added advantage to my list. The list where everyone "thinks" that it will bring in the good job and the good money. I think so too, in another perspective.

Yes, I must admit that to a certain degree that the above statement is correct. But! I say but, usually we made our choices based on the current circumstances, economy of the country, standard of living, and how our peers performed. Now isn't that normal? Is that correct? *Think about it*

Most of the time, we made the right choices, (that's what we think, as most of us don't admit mistakes right?), that's right, only at that point of time. What is installed for us in the future is unpredictable, what we decide now may not be feasible for us when the time comes.

I believe a lot of you have come across LIFE experiences of all levels of mismatch, (maybe not on your own, but friends of yours as well, remember, you are not alone ^_^ ) that you are working somewhere that doesn't require the set of skills that you have learnt in your course of education.

Do you think you have made a mistake? A wrong decision? (Provided you have the freedom to choose what you are banging on) I don't think so.

What is happening then?

As time goes by, our perception of life and needs changes, we tend to know more about ourselves and what we really wanted at "that" point of time. And as of different time, there will be different needs, so every decision you made is your choice, its your life, the way you want it to be.

One day.... I hope that all of you can see the light at the end of the tunnel, throughout your life, and make the choice to accomplish what you have been seeking for.

- We are programmed to live by our life encounters
the only way to succeed, is to make our own choices -

If you love her, set her free

Having been a love consultant for many years till date, I must admit I still have a lot to learn. With all the life experiences from all my friends and social networks, I have acquired the knowledge that I can share and help those in need.

There is one thing that is always on my mind that I cannot really decipher. Have you heard the following before?

“If you love her/him, set her/him free”
“Love is not just about possession”

Words are touching, meaning are emotional
But, what the hell are you in love for?

Hahaha, come to think of it, those people who said that just couldn’t get the true love to be with them due to some barriers. All I have for them is:

- To get what you want is life is utmost important,
giving up halfway, is failing the loser way,
you will be despise and look down forever -

Good education, Singapore!!!

The education in Singapore has very well surpassed international standards and we are taught to raise any questions that we are unsure of. Nowadays, people have revolutionized the concept and take another step further.

In school, we raised hands.
We ask questions.

In society, we raised letters.
We complain issues.

In the past, beggars say
Thank you for your donation

In the present, beggars shout
Thank you, no 5 cents please

A missing child then,
Paste poster, wait for news

A missing child now,
Telecast news, volunteers flood

With such improvement to our society and contributions, I believe Singapore will be a very prosperous country full of talents from sitting along the streets, to great complaint writers hitting the forum headlines.

live on the future -

TG3F - Sticky Yummy Spicy...

For those who like thick sticky gravy with yummy crunchy fish meat along with sour and spicy toppings, look no further. Just read here.

LOR MEE - a bowl of traditional noodles with fried sides and some sliced fish cakes.

It was very popular even before Channel U - Shi Zai Hao Pian Yi - variety programme give the lead to the stall.

If you are thinking of sitting down and wait for 30 mins or so, be prepare for something worst. Not only do you have to wait longer, you still need to queue for the bowl of LOR Mee on your own. Isn't that the joy of Singaporeans queueing for GOODIE FOODIE?

I cannot agree more.

Oh, just before I go, the stall is located at a coffee house along Bukit Purmei road. That is all I can remember. Bless your stomach.

Control your life and others

I have attended a workshop by a "MMM" trainer today.

All I can say is that, by taking a further step into observing what you normally missed out, you will be able to achieve wonders.

My definition of "MMM" will be:
Mind, Mouth, Methodology.

By focusing our attention on all of the three parts of human living, we can then influence others in many ways to our desire... But the only thing we cannot get them to perform is, anything that is harmful to their own body. (eg. knocking his/her head on the wall)

- Some things are not meant to be proven
Some things just happen, for no reason -

Love is in the air

Love is such a powerful tool in our lives. It can bring endless pleasure and happiness to every part of your life, be it eating, sleeping, playing or even working. But if you are using is the wrong way, it can also destroy lives.

Toying with love can leave a scar in your life, add unnecessary stress and disrupt your normal routine, all these together will put you away for a very very very... i am saying... very very long time.

A lot of hardwork is required for love to work, to think that you are always admiring other couples that you see on the streets beaming with smiles, try to see another dimension.

Those happy couples you spotted are on the streets, those unhappy couples you don't get to see, of course you don't know where they are, because they are not happily strolling down Orchard Road, they might be busy somewhere picking up a fight in anybody's house or garden.

So the next time you want to see how many unhappy couples, just look out for them in the garden.

May all the lovers in the world progress with happiness, and all the singles start talking to someone of their opposite sex.

- See what you have to see,
not what you like to see. -

Sex Matters, Who gets the most?

just watched the news on the television

Nowadays, couples in singapore are averaging sex to once or twice a week.
Why is sex so low in numbers? What are the common reasons that people give?

Street Interviewee #1: People are spending more time on work, 9am to 9pm,where do they have the time to love sex?
(Young JC college student in blue uniform, hanging around in orchard road)

Street Interviewee #2: Work is so busy, always so tired after work, don't have time for sex.(Middle age woman wearing shades, looks like a well to do prospectful tai tai)

Street Interviewee #3: You must be kidding, I have sex everyday. *giggles*
(Senior man around 40-50, enough said) *My whole house was laughing out loud*

So what can you realise from this?

That sex is a love tool that you use when you want pleasure away from stress?

- Money has become (ASIA) human's top priority
Sex is just a leisure hobby that is secondary -

What do you look for in your job?

which jobs suits you the best?

what kind of job?

No entrepreneurship level
(Just work blindly for your company and company pays you)

Semi entrepreneurship level
(Company sets direction for you, but you determine your pay)

Full entrepreneurship level
(You set direction for your company and determine your own pay)

Whichever the case, whether your current situation can really
give you the opportunity to embark on a different level. That's
really the crucial point.

At the end of the day, which job gives you what you really
want in your career and pays you the sum that deems enough for you.

A very important lesson for all who are planning to hop onto another job.
Remember:

" The grass is always greener on the other side,
Don't assume going over will be easy, it will never be "

- What is enough when money is never?
Your personal perception, in money, satisfaction, whatever? -

Back to life

I was lost...

I don't know where am I...

Until I found, a message in a bottle...

It reads:

"Welcome back to singapore,
pay tax, pay loans, pay installments,
that's all you need to do,
cause no one is here to pity your predicament"

:: Ponder Nasi Lemak ::

You know the nasi lemak stall along that stretch of upper serangoon road? Well, just because they became famous a few, few, few years ago, they think they can just charge you any old how to signify that you are a carrot? (meaning that you are a big fat sucker)

I have come across cheaper yet nicer nasi lemak in Singapore, be it day or night, that stall is not even worth my ratings. (names have been kept confidential to protect the interest of the food stall)

The chilli is too dried and not tasty, the rice has that little bit of pathetic pandan fragrance, the chicken wings and drumstick just looked like they had an overdose of sun tan, last but not least, the varieties (will result in progression to either diabetes or kidney failure, you get a choice).

Anybody’s grandmother can cook better than them.

When there are GOOD FOOD around, there can only be ONE STALL, because there is only ONE GOOD COOK. If they can have many GOOD COOKS, why do you think there is only one CEO in your company?
